Pastor David graduated from Welch College (formerly Free Will Baptist Bible College) in Nashville, TN and has enjoyed serving Faith FWB Church off and on since 2011. He spent 36 and a half years as pastor of Glenwood FWB Church in Rockingham. Through God’s guidance and mercy he has enjoyed two interim ministries–2 1/2 years at Bethlehem Baptist in Carthage, NC and 18 months as interim here at Faith prior to serving as associate pastor under Pastor Jonathan. He has had the privilege of preaching in many other churches over the years, as well as enjoyed six wonderful years as a hospice chaplain with Liberty Hospice. Preacher David and his dear wife, Mrs. Ilene, were married in 1965 and have served together in ministry since 1970. God has granted them two children and five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
